This is a piece that uses one of my cool vintage coins as it's centerpiece along with some great salvaged wood and metal elements. Continue reading "Eagle’s Nest"
I love golf and I love that collecting vintage golf clubs is part of my work!
I get them from the thrift stores and metal yards around Durham, and I'm usually visiting one of these places each week as I go through dozens of clubs a month.
I've come to know the best places to find the coolest clubs, the prices at each place, and I even have "insider deals" at some places because I'm a volume buyer!
I like to get the stainless steel irons for my golf plaques and the pretty, colorful, vintage woods to make into snails.
A golf art piece made with a collection of vintage ball markers and an antique Royal golf ball reclaimed knotty pine with found golf tees. Continue reading "Royal- Golf Wall Art"

This batch also includes Tom Jones, and a bill with Jerry Lee Lewis, Porter Waggoner, and Dolly Parton with seats for $5!

This is a series of birds made from a batch of fingernail scissors left behind at my Efland Shop by the former owner, David Baird Sr.
I made seven of these, and that was all the scissors. They were very popular and sold quickly each time I finished one. I even had a wait list for a brief time!
All the same theme and made from the same materials, all slightly different. Continue reading "Blue Birds with Scissor Beaks"
